The match, I think, won’t be that different to the first one in Karaiskakis. The only difference is that we need to score in order to qualify; and we have to focus on that, that is on scoring. It never escapes our mind that we have to play against a great team that usually retains ball possession most of the time. This means we have to defend well and intercept the ball in order to be effective in attack”.
-If he has taken into consideration the prep ahead of the Osmanlispor tie for tomorrow’s match: “This might be helpful in terms of psychology, but we are talking about two different teams, with a different style of play that calls for a different approach from our side”.

-Ηis comment on tomorrow’s match: “What is different to the first leg is the result. I hope we win and be the ones to qualify. I believe that both matches will have many similar aspects and I expect us to have a tougher time compared to Karaiskakis, because Besiktas is a side that likes keeping ball possession and this is what, i think, will happen tomorrow. They are a side that knows how to defend its goal, a side that knows how to attack fast and thus we have to be really concentrated, eady to defend well, run a lot and contain their build-up. Mainly, however, we have to attack. Because, in order to qualify, the only way is to perform well both in defence and in offense.”
