Greek football’s Legend, Olympiacos F.C., and adidas, the global football industry leader, will meet and join forces from the 2015-16 season, aiming to write history together in the Greek and the European football fields. For 90 years now, Olympiacos has written the golden pages of its history with 42 Greek Championships, 26 Greek Cups and 16 Doubles and from the next season onwards these achievements will be signed with adidas’ kits and sports equipment.
Christian Karembeu, Olympiacos F.C. Official Strategy Consultant said regarding the beginning of the partnership with adidas: “Olympiacos is the greatest football organization in Greece and should be therefore collaborating with the very best. Our club goes beyond the Greek standards and this is why we needed a leading partner in the field of sports equipment, such as adidas, which will fully meet our needs in every aspect.”
Marianna Rebapi, adidas brand Director South East Europe, said: “It is an honor for us to collaborate with the most successful football club in Greece and we are delighted that from this year Olympiacos will be joining adidas’ roster, along with Europe’s top clubs”.
Olympiacos F.C. home kit, designed by adidas for the 2015-16 season, will be revealed to the fans in June.
