Olympiacos FC’s Strategic Advisor Mr. Christian Karembeu commented after the end of Champions League Group stage draw in Monte Carlo, in which Olympiacos was placed in Group C against Benfica, Paris Saint-Germain and Anderlecht.
Initially, he stressed: “Paris S.G. is the favorite to top the group, which is a difficult one for Olympiacos, since there is no such thing as an easy draw”.
Then, he commented with respect to Piraeus-based side:“We want the team to go well in the domestic championship, then go the extra mile in Europe against renewed Benfica. Besides, Fejsa is playing there. However, Paris remains the Group’s favorite“.
When asked to share a motto in view of Olympiacos coming fixtures, the Frenchman, smiling, said in Greek:
“Everything for your team”!
