Another Olympiacos School of football is born in Canada.
It is a fact! The Legend has a new representative in Canada after Toronto; the Olympiacos Academy Division proudly announces the launch of our partnership with the Kitchener Football School!
“Our school network aboard welcome grows larger and stronger thanks to new partnerships. We welcome to the great Olympiacos family our new member from Canada. Our footprint in Ontario gets stronger with our second school after Toronto; The Kitchener School joins the Legend’s network of football schools. We wish them the best of luck and a great success”, states in his welcome message our School Network Director Vassilis Nanos.
Kitchener belongs to the Ontario province with an approximately 4,000-strong Greek diaspora.
Our Academy Director Antonis Pikoulas, in his turn, pointed out:
“Kitchener helps develop further the red-and-white footprint in North America and especially in Canada. It is very important for Olympiacos to have as many schools running abroad as possible, and mainly where the heart of Greek diaspora beats strong.
Our objective is to have Olympiacos flags filing the global map of football schools, confirming thus the vision of our Academy and our leader Evangelos Marinakis: Olympiacos growing bigger every at all levels across the globe.

Last, the Kitchener School Director Michalis Dogantzis stresses:
“Firstly, I would like to thank the Olympiacos School Network for the honor of entrusting us with the club’s name and reputation. Olympiacos is a global brand and this way it comes closer to those who do not reside in Piraeus. With Kitchener joining, Olympiacos raises the bar for all schools, as well for coaches and players, since we all have to take steps forward that are worthy of our beloves club’s fame, grandeur and potential. This will make us better. We dream of watching our young athletes playing for the First Team, wearing the jersey of the crowned adolescent; please do not wake us up!”.
