As every year, this Christmas too, Olympiacos and the President of the club, Mr. Evangelos Marinakis, support the work of the Metropolis of Piraeus, standing by the citizens of the Municipality of Piraeus who are in need during these holy days. On Friday morning, in the presence of the President and CEO of the “G. Karaiskakis” stadium, Mr. Vasilis Vassiliadis, and youth players Nikos Lolis, Thanasis Stantzos, and Giorgos Koutsopoulos, the “red-and-whites” distributed thousands of parcels containing food and essential items at the Church of Saint Nicholas in Piraeus.
At the same time, Mr. Vasilis Vassiliadis, on behalf of Mr. Evangelos Marinakis, delivered monetary checks to His Eminence Metropolitan Seraphim of Piraeus to financially support the mission of the Holy Metropolis of Piraeus.
