Olympiacos secured all three points at the “G. Karaiskakis” Stadium in the opening matchday of the Stoiximan Super League, prevailing over Asteras Aktor with a 2–0 victory. The Greek double winners, in their league debut, managed to claim the win with late goals, after many missed chances, a shot against the post, and a disallowed goal.
The Legend opened the scoring in the 90+3’ with a tremendous strike from outside the box by Yazıcı, while El Kaabi sealed the final 2–0 in the 90+7’ after an assist from Nascimento.
