Olympiacos couldn’t hold on to their lead in Thessaloniki, falling 2-1 to PAOK in MD6 of the Stoiximan Super League. The “Red-and-whitess” were the better side in the first half, but the hosts turned the game around after the break to claim the win.
It was Olympiacos’ first defeat of the league season, in a match where they had gone ahead through Costinha in the 22nd minute. PAOK equalized in 63’ through Taison, and Zivković sealed the 2-1 scoreline with a penalty in 75’.
