The Olympiacos Administration emphasizes greatly on the Academy and, of course, the Football Schools network, since it believes that developing players who come from the Club’s grassroots, love and honor the red-and-white jersey and will be able to put up with our huge demands, will deliver the utmost and most important benefit.

In order to achieve maximum possible utilization of the Olympiacos Academy and Football Schools, the Administration proceeded with their organizational and operating integration.

The purpose of this integration is to create economies of scale in the process of training, evaluating and promoting young players to the Academy’s youth teams, with the ultimate aim of promoting the best ones to the First Team.

Both the Academy and Football Schools operate also beyond the purely athletic context. Olympiacos is constantly putting across its socially sensitive “personage” and our young athletes represent our best ambassadors. We encourage our athletes to attend several social and cultural initiatives.

What guarantees our success is our faith on the efforts made and the reassurance to those parents entrusting us with their children that they join a quality environment where they have fun, mold their character, improve their performance and learn the secrets of football by the biggest sports club in the country.
