The holder of the Season Ticket may transfer the use of the Ticket for one or more matches to a third party through the FC’s ticketing system. In this case a) the Season Ticket holder is liable to the FC for any act or omission of the Season Ticket holder. b) the Season Ticket user is bound by these terms and conditions and the provisions of the applicable legislation. The transfer of use is free of charge and only to a legitimate holder of a valid Fan Card under the above mentioned CBA of paragraph 1. 1.2 Any other way of transferring the Season Ticket is prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
