Olympiacos played host, on Wednesday (27/1) night at “G. Karaiskakis”, to Asteras Tripolis for the first leg of their Greek Cup quarter-final tie. Since the very first moment and up until the end, the “red-and-whites” “tortured” on the pitch their opponents and the scoreboard lit emphatically after then end: LEGEND – Asteras Tripolis 5-0! Our side’s display was a sheer beauty; a truly amazing performance. Greek language, in all its wealth in words, seems unable to fully illustrate what everybody has seen from their stadium seats or at home. The Legend’s scorers were: Ideye (13’, 41’), Fortounis (50’, 64’) and Pardo (79’).
