- Mandatory Display – Single Vehicle Use
Displaying the parking card is a mandatory condition for entry to and use of the parking facilities. Each parking card is assigned exclusively to one (1) vehicle and may not be used consecutively by more than one vehicle unless prior express written approval has been granted by Olympiacos FC.
- Scope of Validity – Use Restrictions
This parking card is valid exclusively for the parking facilities of the “G. Karaiskakis” Stadium and may only be used on the day of a home match of Olympiacos FC and during the operating hours of the parking facilities (i.e. from four (4) hours before kick-off until four (4) hours after the end of the match).
- Limitation of Liability – No Custody or Safekeeping Service
The parking card does not constitute a vehicle custody, safekeeping, or exclusive parking agreement. The parking facilities are provided solely for the parking of vehicles and not for their safekeeping. Olympiacos FC and Karaiskakis S.A. shall bear no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or deterioration, including, without limitation, property damage, personal injury, fire, theft, or vandalism.
- Vehicle Insurance
The parking card may only be used for vehicles covered by the insurance required by applicable law and maintained in force. Olympiacos FC assumes no responsibility for uninsured vehicles or for any consequences arising from the vehicle owner’s failure to comply with this requirement.
- Display of Parking Card – Compliance with Parking Allocation
While parked, the parking card must be displayed in a visible position on the vehicle’s front windshield so that it can be readily inspected by authorized personnel. The holder is required to park exclusively in the parking space or zone specified on the card or as directed by the authorized parking personnel.
- Breach of Terms – Vehicle Removal
In the event of non-compliance with these Terms & Conditions, the management of Karaiskakis S.A. and/or Olympiacos FC reserve the right to arrange for the immediate removal of the vehicle by any lawful means, including notification of the competent authorities (Piraeus Traffic Police), at the vehicle owner’s sole expense and responsibility.
- Non-Transferability – Misuse of the Card
The parking card is strictly personal to the designated holder/vehicle and may not be transferred, leased, assigned, or otherwise made available to any third party in any manner whatsoever. In the event of misuse or breach of these Terms & Conditions, Olympiacos FC and Karaiskakis S.A. reserve the right to immediately revoke and cancel the parking card without compensation.
- Right to Amend or Revoke
Olympiacos FC and/or Karaiskakis S.A. reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions and/or revoke the validity of the parking card at any time, particularly in cases of operational necessity, misuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- Personal Data Protection
For the issuance, administration, and use of the parking card, Olympiacos FC processes personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation in force from time to time. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data, the rights of data subjects, and the manner in which such rights may be exercised is set out in Olympiacos FC’s Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time and available on its official website HERE.
- Acceptance of Terms
Use of the parking card constitutes the holder’s unconditional acceptance of all of the above Terms & Conditions, as well as Olympiacos FC’s Privacy Policy.
