Specific provisions may apply to Tickets for the Club’s Away Matches.
1.2. The Purchaser acknowledges that, in order to acquire a Ticket, they must register in the Database and/or on the Electronic Platform and provide the required information therein.
1.3. Tickets are, in principle, electronic, are identified by means of the Gov.gr Wallet app in accordance with applicable legislation, and are intended for use only by holders of a “Fan Card.” By purchasing and/or using a Ticket, the Purchaser and/or the Ticket Holder declares and guarantees that they are registered in the “National Communication Registry (EMEP),” are users of the Gov.gr Wallet application, hold a “Fan Card,” as well as any other documents that may be required by decisions of the competent authorities (e.g. health authorities, etc.), and undertake to present them if requested by the Club during the season or as required by decisions of the competent State bodies.
1.4. The Ticket Holder is obliged to comply with all requirements of the applicable legislation, as in force, noting that Olympiacos FC does not issue the Ticket itself but rather provides the corresponding purchase code, which is activated upon its registration in the Gov.gr Wallet. By identifying the Ticket in the Gov.gr Wallet, the Ticket Holder consents to the processing of their personal data by the Club, as recorded in the EMEP and transmitted from the Gov.gr Wallet to the Club.
1.5. Olympiacos FC bears no responsibility for the use of the Gov.gr Wallet by the Ticket Holder or for any malfunction of the Gov.gr Wallet or of any other application that may be implemented by the Greek State in relation to stadium entry.
1.6. Olympiacos FC reserves the right to amend these Terms in compliance with applicable legislation or due to unforeseen changes in circumstances and exceptional situations within the meaning of the law (Article 388 of the Greek Civil Code), for as long as required, without any obligation to compensate Ticket Holders. If the above declarations prove to be inaccurate, or if the Purchaser or the Ticket Holder refuses to provide the relevant documents to the Club when requested, Olympiacos FC may cancel the Ticket without any right to compensation.
1.7. The Purchaser acknowledges that the Club may impose time limits for completing a purchase in cases of high demand. The Club bears no responsibility for any inability to complete a transaction either outside the specified time limits or due to external factors (e.g. technical errors of banking systems, etc.).
1.8. By purchasing and/or accepting and/or holding a Ticket or Invitation and/or using a Ticket or Invitation that grants access to the Stadium, the Purchaser and/or the Holder:
(a) confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms; and
(b) agrees to be bound by and comply with these Terms and the “Stadium Regulations,” as in force from time to time.
1.9. The Club may also issue Corporate Tickets. In such cases, these Terms apply both to the legal entity acquiring the Ticket and to the natural persons using it, subject to any more specific provisions set out herein.
1.10. Specifically for Season Tickets, subject to any more specific terms stated herein, a Season Ticket is valid for all matches of Olympiacos FC’s First Team at the “G. Karaiskakis” Stadium and only for the specific season for which it is issued. These Terms do not constitute or imply any right of the Purchaser to retain the seat indicated on the Season Ticket or to attend any match in any subsequent season.
2. Use of Ticket
2.1. The Ticket is nominative, personal, and for the exclusive use of its Holder. Any form of resale (subject to clause 2.11) as well as any free transfer is strictly prohibited.
2.2. Access to the Stadium using a Ticket may not be used (nor may any authorization be granted for such use) for advertising and/or promotional purposes (including raffles, competitions, etc.) or for any other commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Olympiacos FC.
2.3. The Purchaser and/or the Ticket Holder is responsible for the safekeeping and proper maintenance of the Season Ticket issued to them by Olympiacos FC.
2.4. Tickets acquired from third parties or from anyone other than Olympiacos FC shall be considered invalid, and their holders will not be permitted entry to the Stadium.

The Club will notify the Police if it is established that a Ticket has been sold or distributed unlawfully. The information provided to the Police may include personal data of the Purchaser and/or the Holder, details of the violation, and information relating to the purchase of the Ticket(s) (including payment details), in order to identify offenders and prevent incidents at matches.
2.6. Any Ticket acquired or used in violation of these Terms, as well as the provisions of sports legislation in general and decisions of the State (indicatively and not exhaustively) regarding measures for the prevention of violence, shall be automatically cancelled without compensation to the Club, and all rights arising from such Ticket shall be nullified.
2.7. A Ticket Holder who leaves the Stadium at any time on the day of a Match shall not be entitled to re-enter, unless Olympiacos FC expressly approves such re-entry at its sole discretion.
2.8. The issuance of a Ticket to a minor is permitted only on the condition that a Season Ticket is simultaneously purchased by a person exercising parental responsibility.
2.9. The use by an adult of a Ticket that has been identified in the gov.gr wallet for use by a minor is strictly prohibited. In the event of an attempted entry in this manner, the Ticket shall be cancelled, and the Club shall have no obligation to reissue it or refund its value, in whole or in part. It is hereby agreed that such amount shall be retained by the Club as a minimum contractual penalty, without prejudice to any other rights of the Club.
2.10. Any person attempting to use a Ticket in breach of the Terms and Conditions of Entry in order to gain access to the Stadium, or to remain within it during a Match, shall be treated as unlawfully holding the Ticket or unlawfully entering the Stadium. Such person may be denied entry to the specific Match or any future match, or may be removed from the Stadium during the Match, and/or their Ticket may be cancelled. In particular, for Season Tickets, in the event of cancellation in accordance with these Terms, no refund shall be made to the Purchaser for any remaining unused period.
2.11. The Club further reserves the right to take any legal action it deems appropriate against any person in relation to the above matters, including reporting to the police authorities and initiating legal proceedings for damages and loss of profits arising from the unauthorized use of a Ticket.
2.12. Special Provisions for Season Tickets
2.12.1. In the event of theft or loss of a Season Ticket, the Purchaser and/or the Holder must, as soon as they become aware of such theft or loss, and in any case prior to the start of the match, report it by submitting a written declaration/application via email to ticketing@olympiacos.org, in order for the Ticket to be cancelled and replaced in accordance with the procedure determined each time by Olympiacos FC.
2.12.2. Subject to applicable legislation, the Holder of a Season Ticket may make it available to any third party only through the Club’s official ticketing platform (see HERE) and strictly without consideration. The transfer of a Season Ticket by its Holder to any third party, even if such third party is a lawful holder of a valid Fan Card, by any means other than those described in these Terms & Conditions, is prohibited.
2.12.3. If it is established that a Season Ticket has been transferred by any other means, whether for financial consideration or otherwise (including, but not limited to, via online ticket exchange platforms such as viagogo), or even without consideration, the Club may proceed with the cancellation of the Season Ticket, and the provisions of clause 2.10 shall apply accordingly. Furthermore, the Club may prohibit the Purchaser and/or the Holder of the cancelled Season Ticket (and/or any other persons identified via the gov.gr wallet as Holders of the Ticket for the specific match) from entering the Stadium for any future match using any Ticket.
2.12.4. The Purchaser and/or the Holder acknowledge that the Club may impose time or other restrictions regarding the timing or process of transferring Season Tickets. The Club shall bear no liability in the event that the Purchaser and/or the Holder is unable to attend a match due to such restrictions. The Club may prohibit the transfer of a Season Ticket to any person who has been banned from entering the Stadium, whether by decision of State authorities or by decision of the Club.
2.12.5. Subject to applicable legislation, for matches designated by the Club, a Season Ticket Holder who does not wish or is unable to attend a match may access the Club’s official ticketing platform in order to declare that the specific seat corresponding to their Season Ticket may be made freely available by the Club for that particular match only. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event that the match is postponed or not held on the scheduled date, the release of the seat shall also apply to the rescheduled date of that match. In return, the Ticket Holder will be rewarded by the Club in accordance with its “Reward Policy.”
3. Entry to the Stadium

In cases where such acts are committed by a Corporate Ticket Holder, the legal entity–Purchaser of the Ticket (or recipient of the Invitation) shall be jointly and severally liable with the Holder towards the Club.
3.4. The Club may conduct security investigations where it has reason to believe that any of the violations referred to in clause 3 has occurred or may occur. The Purchaser and/or the Ticket Holder is obliged to cooperate with the Club during such investigations and to provide any information deemed necessary by the Club. Failure to do so may result in the Club taking measures, including the cancellation of the Ticket.
4. Video-recording and Photo-taking
4.1. All Ticket Holders agree that the matches for which tickets have been purchased are public events and that their presence and actions within and around the Stadium where a match takes place are of a public nature. Therefore, they shall have no expectation of privacy regarding their presence or conduct at the matches.
4.2. The Ticket Holder must not collect, record, use, or disseminate any audio, image, recording, or depiction of the Stadium or the match (including any results, statistics, information, or other data relating to the match, in whole or in part) via the internet, radio, television, or any other current or future media, nor assist any other person in doing so.
4.3. The Ticket Holder is strictly prohibited from directly or indirectly transmitting or retransmitting a match (even without the use of images) through Social Media, Video and Content Platforms, Messaging Applications, radio (terrestrial or online), streaming services, etc. In the event of a breach of this provision, the Club reserves the right to cancel the Ticket, remove the Ticket Holder from the Stadium, prohibit them from purchasing Tickets in the future, and generally take any measures deemed necessary and appropriate to protect its interests.

6.2. By using the Ticket and entering the Stadium, the Ticket Holder expressly acknowledges and accepts that they may be subject to image and/or audio capture, recording, and processing through video surveillance systems, photography, or broadcasting taking place inside and around the Stadium. Such processing of personal data may include, indicatively and not limited to, the transmission, retransmission, recording, storage, display, or exploitation of audiovisual material in the context of live or recorded television and online broadcasting of the match, etc. The legal basis for the above processing is consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which is presumed through the purchase of the Ticket and/or the entry of the Ticket Holder into the Stadium and acceptance of these Terms, as well as the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) for the organization, promotion, security, and commercial exploitation of the sporting event. From that moment onwards, the Club shall cease the specific processing activity for which consent had previously been given, without such withdrawal affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on consent prior to its withdrawal.
7. Unforeseen Circumstances
7.1. Subject to the provisions of the Law and the decisions of the competent State authorities regarding the implementation of violence prevention measures or access to stadiums, the Ticket allows the Holder to attend the match from the seat specified therein. 9.6. All information and representations provided by the Purchaser and/or Ticket Holder in connection with the acquisition and/or use of the Ticket are accurate and truthful.
