Olympiacos FC is pleased to announce the signing of 27-year-old Portuguese attacking midfielder Jota Silva. Born on 1 August 1999 in Melres, he came through the youth academy of Sousense before going on to play for Paços Ferreira, Espinho, Leixões, and Casa Pia. In 2022, he joined Vitória Guimarães.
During the 2023–24 season, he scored 15 goals and provided seven assists for Vitória Guimarães, earning a move to Nottingham Forest. In the season just completed, he played on loan for Beşiktaş in Turkey (22 appearances, five goals).

Jota Silva has earned two caps for the Portugal national team. He has made 63 appearances in Portugal’s top flight and 32 appearances in the Premier League.
