Olympiacos FC announces the signing of Gustavo Puerta. The Colombian international midfielder was born on 23 July 2003 and joins from Racing Santander, for whom he has started three La Liga matches this season. In total, he has made 36 appearances for the Cantabrian side, scoring three goals and providing one assist.
Our club’s latest signing began his career with Bogotá in his homeland before moving to Germany in 2023 to join Leverkusen, where he made 10 appearances. During the 2024–2025 season, he played for Hull City, being capped 31 times and scoring one goal.
Puerta has earned 11 caps for the Colombia national team and started all of their matches on their run to the Round of 16 at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
