The young international player had his picture taken with many of the visitors who had formed a queue just to see him; later on he commented on his signing with Olympiacos:
“After a good season with Olympiacos Volou all of us players thought that we could achieve a good transfer. However, I never expected that things would turn out so good for me. When I was young, I lived in Piraeus and so I am extremely happy to have joined my favorite team. Initially, I couldn’t believe it was happening; only when I got to Rendis and spoke with coach Valverde did I realize it was true. This development is very important for me.”
