OLYMPIACOS F.C. – KERKIRA 0-1

OLYMPIACOS F.C. – KERKIRA 0-1

Olympiacos F.C. lost 1-0 to Kerkira on Sunday, April 8, for the Hellenic SuperLeague MD 28 encounter.

This performance was the worst so far in the season for our team, leaving the fans who attended the game in order to celebrate the 39th title in the history of the club, fairly disappointed.

Both in the first half as well as in the second, the team did not meet its regular standards and did not play the way we have been used to seeing them do. Even so, they could have won the game as they did create several goalscoring opportunities, the greatest being a shot by Pablo Orbaiz against the bar on 75 minutes.

A short while later, after the 1-0 that was netted on 80 minutes by Ioannou, Colin Kazim-Richards took a shot from the right side of the box which, however, passed a few centimeters over the visiting team’s goalpost.
