“I believe that it was an unfortunate result for us because we played very well in the first half and lost many chances especially the one presented to Machado. We could leave with a tie and I think that the final result 3-1 is unfair for us, since they scored their final goal during the extra time. Olympiacos could have claimed a good result at Emirates”,stated Greco and kept on saying:
“Our plans do not change in Europe, but right now the Championship is our priority. We have a difficult match in front of us (i.e. against Asteras Tripolis) and we need to win to regain calm and be able to show our capacities in Europe. In the next game we will demonstrate whether we can keep on playing in the Champions League”.
