The draw for the groups of this year’s UEFA Champions League was held on Thursday afternoon of August 28, 2014 in Monte Carlo, with Olympiacos representing Greek football, as is the tradition for many years now!
In the draw, through which Olympiacos was put in Group A, our side was grouped this season to play against last season’s runner-up Atletico Madrid, Juventus and the Swedish club Malmö.
