Although trailing one goal behind as early as in 8th minute, Olympiacos gave the on-rushing home side a swift reply. In 22’, Hernani levelled the match and Kolovos, in 39’, completed the comeback. Both goals were fantastic on a par with Olympiacos overall display. The Legend was serious about the fixture and registered a final 4-1 (3rd goal scored by Seba in 86′ and 4th by Maniatis in 90′), although the scoreline could have been even bigger. Our squad saw Pardo hitting the woodwork once and a few other players, like Cambiasso, Hernani, Seba and Pulido, wasting the best of our various goal-scoring chances.
