It’s deep winter, February 28th as the calendar suggests, but it looks like spring for the Legend. Normally, clubs run championship fiestas in spring time. However, this applies to other clubs’ when it comes to the Legend, winter is perfectly suitable for celebrating titles.
Thanks to the club’s 3-0 win to Veria for MD24, Olympiacos mathematically secured the 43th championship of its history. It goes without saying this stands for a record performance; another unprecedented highlight for this season’s squad. That’s the fastest championship ever won in the history of Olympiacos; and a legendary one. Victory was once more topped by a great display and a brace by Fuster (19’, 65’) and another goal by Pulido (83’).
