On how important is for the future that Olympiacos scored so many goals: “It clearly has to do with efficiency. If you compare the two matches with Dudelange, they were similar in terms of creating opportunities, but today we were more efficient. We opened the score early and then the opportunities turned into goals. That was different. We want it to continue and not to be lost, because we need it. We have a lack of efficiency in many games and we want to continue like today. As we’ve done so far, we want to show our quality and we’ve been showing improvement game by game”.
What boost does this result give regarding Panathinaikos: “In terms of self-confidence, of course it helps us. It’s good to come from a positive result. As for the motivation, we already had it in our minds. We must be careful about the match against Panathinaikos. On Sunday we will face a completely different opponent, it will have another kind of difficulty. Today it wasn’t easy, but we made it easy because we were serious and steady. We got a result that gives us confidence regarding the derby. We are going to play a difficult match against an organized opponent and we must be cautious”.
