The 11-member “red-and-white” mission escorted 3 trucks carrying 75 tons of supplies, including field rations, bottled water, fresh juice, and consumables, to the “Kondilaptis” camp for unloading.
Head of the missions and President of “Karaiskakis SA Vassilis Vassiliadis expressed Olympiacos FC and Mr. Evangelos Marinakis’ support to all men and women of our armed and security forces, and said: “Our mandate is simple: give us a call and you will immediately get what you need”.
Then, our mission reached the Kipoi border station, where they were greeted by Major General Aggelos Houdeloudis, Commander of 12th Infantry Division who said:
“We thank you very much for your concern and rest assured that Greece is a safe country, and we are the ones to make sure it stays so”.
Apart from Mr. Bassilis Vassiliadis, our mission was made of Olympiacos FC employees and an Academy delegation, including our Head of Schools Vassilis Nanos and U-19 players, Apostolos Martinis and Nikos Gotzamanidis, as well as Nikos Vamvakoulas representing our Association of Veteran Players, demonstrating that the Olympiacos family is untied and acts as a single entity.
