What else do you want to see from the team in the future?
We have improved considerably, we become more and more consistent and, all in all, we dominate most of the matches played so far. We have enough alternatives and this helps us build more combinations and become more competitive. Tonight’s match reminded me of the one in Ioannina, with a completely different second half however; we had taken a good lesson back then.
A comment on Rodinei. How encouraging is it for Olympiacos to watch other teams losing points along the way?
Rodinei has made a great display in this match. He is an experienced footballer and we are certain he will help us even more in the future. Our competitors have indeed lost points, but what fills us with more hope is that we are more and more solid and improved; this is what gives us self-confidence for the future. Most importantly, we have to keep on performing in the same consistent and reliable way without offering our opponents any chances like we did in our last matches.
