On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Olympiacos’ glorious history and triumphs, Olympiacos FC, in collaboration with the award-winning UK-based film production company “Red Mountain Films,” presents the themed documentary titled “OLYMPIACOS, THE LEGEND”, showcasing the club’s conquest of its first two European football trophies.
Olympiacos became the first team in Greece to win a UEFA European trophy, and also the first team in Europe – and the only one to date – to win two European trophies in a single football season! This football documentary reveals unique and previously unseen aspects of the victories in the 2023–2024 UEFA Europa Conference League and the 2023–2024 UEFA Youth League.
The documentary follows the entire journey to these historic triumphs, featuring scenes that had never before been made public, celebrations across the country, and interviews with the key players of both victories, who recount everything they experienced along this legendary path.

The leader and President of Olympiacos FC, Mr. Evangelos Marinakis, legends Christian Karembeu and Darko Kovacevic, the two triumphant coaches, José Luis Mendilibar and Sotiris Sylaidopoulos, and the team captain, Kostas Fortounis, speak on camera about the magical moments we all lived through with the conquest of the two European trophies. Key players Ayoub El Kaabi, Konstantinos Tzolakis, Rodinei, Giorgos Masouras, Charalampos Kostoulas, and Christos Mouzakitis share personal memories from this magical journey, along with other contributors to this “red-and-white” triumph. Additionally, UEFA President Mr. Aleksander Čeferin and UEFA General Secretary Mr. Theodoros Theodoridis comment on the great achievements of Olympiacos in winning two European trophies in one season!
This crazy dream of ours became a reality, and together we will relive the historic moments of April and May 2024 — moments of pride, emotion, and international recognition for Olympiacos’ first team and U19 squad, which will forever be engraved in our hearts!
