What a pity and an unfair ending

Olympiacos accepted the injury-time tie at Freiburg’s home court (1–1) for the UEFA Europa League.

Despite the fact that Olympiacos gave a good appearance against a strong home court and opponent, Freiburg, they were unsuccessful in maintaining the victory until the end of the 5th round of the UEFA Europa League group stages.

The “red-and-whites” left Germany with a 1–1 tie, following a match in which the team showed they had the ability and deserved to get the three-pointer victory.

Olympiacos was able to lead the game with El Arabi scoring at 17’, while they also had opportunities for a second goal, but Freiburg managed to tie in the third minute of added time with Kibler.
