The Legend made it to the Europa League playoffs

Olympiacos got the result they wanted in Belgium against Genk (1–1) and will now play against Čukarički in the next stage of the competition.

Olympiacos got what they wanted in Belgium against Genk and qualified for the UEFA Europa League playoffs. The “red-and-whites,” following their 1–0 victory in “G. Karaiskakis,” got the draw in Belgium, with a score of 1–1, and managed to move on to the next phase of the competition. There, they will face Čukarički from Serbia.

The hosts led the match with Painsil’s penalty in the 30’ while Alexandropoulos scored the equalizing goal at 90+6’. It should be noted that both teams finished the match with ten players, as Painsil was sent off in the 65’ and Rodinei in the 90+10’.
