Olympiacos took the desired lead against Fenerbahçe, in the first match of the quarterfinals of the UEFA Conference League. Despite leading 3–0, the “red-and-whites” conceded two goals in the second half, and the final 3–2 was formed, in view of the rematch on Thursday, April 18, in Turkey.
Olympiacos led with Fortounis (8’), Jovetic (32’), and Chiquinho (57’), while Fenerbahçe scored with Tadić’s penalty (68’) and Kahveci (74’).
